Mental Health Podcasts for You and for the People that you Love too

I’m a big fan of podcasts. Who isn’t really, these days? They are free (usually) and they are so convenient so you can listen while you’re walking (along the beach perhaps?), driving, stacking the dishwasher, gardening, well, you get the idea and you know you already do this alot.

Here are some of my favourite mental health podcasts and spotify links, and some others that my colleagues have recommended, and I am looking forward to enjoying very soon. Some will be familiar to you if you have read my other blogs, others maybe not. If you have one that you love, please share it with me me so I can add it to this blog, and I’ll even give you credit, if you want it. To help keep them from being overwhelming, I’ll add your suggestions in their own section.)

I’m sure there are many more. If you find any links that don’t work, please let me know. I’ve used Spotify and Apple Podcast links where possible so you can listen on your phone easily.

It’s confusing for you if I update a blog too many times so I will add more contributions just once, tomorrow night. (thats Friday) and send them out again (to those on the mailing list). Have a great weekend, and try to stay warm. Its chilly in Sydney today.

See you again soon,

Robyn
